注射用阿洛西林钠致不良反应26例文献分析

目的:了解注射用阿洛西林钠致不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律。方法:以"阿洛西林"或"阿乐欣"为关键词,通过检索2000-2010年万方数据国内数字化期刊群和中国知网中国医院数字图书馆收录的文献进行检索并查阅原文,对检索到的文献进行统计、分析。结果:共收集到有效的有关注射用阿洛西林钠致ADR文献12篇,共26例,所有ADR与患者性别、年龄无显著相关性;严重ADR如过敏性休克多在早期出现,且发生率占ADR发生率的26.9%。结论:临床应高度重视注射用阿洛西林钠致ADR的监测,合理选用,确保用药的安全、有效,尽量减小严重ADR造成的后果。

Literature Analysis of 26 ADR Cases Caused by Azlocillin Sodium for Injection

To investigate the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） caused by Azlocillin sodium for injection. METHODS ： Using Azlocillin or Ale hin as key words, from Wanfang Data Domestic Digital Periodical Group from 2000 to 2010 and China Hospital Library of CNKI. And original text was reviewed. Related literatures on ADR cases caused by Azlocillin sodium for injection were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： 12 literatures involving 26 cases were retrieved. There was no marked relation between ADR cases induced by Azlocillin sodium for injection and the gender or age of the patients. Serious adverse reactions including anaphylactic shock appeared in the early stage, and the incidence of it was 26.9% of the incidence of ADR. CONCLUSION： Great importance should be attached to monitoring for Azlocillin sodium for injection induced ADR and rational drug use in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use and minimize the consequences of serious ADR.
