多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的:观察多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年9月-2010年9月在我院治疗的142例功能性消化不良患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组71例给予多潘立酮10mg,tid,饭前30min服用;观察组71例在对照组基础上加服阿米替林25mg,bid。2组疗程均为4周。观察2组的临床疗效和症状变化。结果:观察组的总有效率为87.3%,显著高于对照组的71.8%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后餐后饱胀、上腹胀痛、早饱、上腹痛和恶心评分均较治疗前下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后餐后饱胀、上腹胀痛、早饱、上腹痛和恶心评分均低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多潘立酮联合阿米替林对功能性消化不良患者进行治疗,能够明显提高临床疗效,显著改善临床症状。

Efficacy Observation of Domperidone Combined with Amitriptyline in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

To observe the clinical efficacy of domperidone combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. METHODS： From Sep. 2009 to Sep. 2010, 142 cases of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into 2 groups. 71 cases in control group were treated with domperidone 10 mg, tid, taken 30 min before meals; 71 cases in observation group were treated with domperidone combined with amitriptyline 25 mg, bid. The clinical efficacy and main symptoms of 2 groups were observed and compared. RESULTS： The total effective rates of observation group （87.3%） were significantly higher than that of control group（71.8%, P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the scores of postprandial fullness, epigastric pain, early satiety, upper abdominal pain and nausea were significantly decreased after treatmentin, there was significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Moreover, the scores of postprandial fullness, epigastric pain, early satiety, upper abdominal pain and nausea after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Domperidone combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of functional dyspepsia can improve clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms, which is worthy of spreading in the clinic.
