我院502例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的相关表现和影响因素。方法:收集2008-2009年上报到山东省ADR监测中心的502份门诊ADR报告,分别从患者性别、年龄、药品种类、临床表现、给药途径等方面进行统计分析。结果:502例ADR报告中,抗菌药物所引起ADR最多,有109例(占21.71%);其次为中药制剂,有90例(占17.93%)。静脉注射是引起ADR的主要给药途径,有278例(占55.38%)。ADR以皮肤及其附件损害占多数,有138例(占27.49%)。结论:医务人员应强化合理用药意识,开展和加强临床ADR监测,保证临床用药的安全、有效。

Analysis of 502 ADR Cases Reported in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the relevant manifestations and influencing factors of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） reported in our hospital. METHODS： 502 ADRs cases of our hospital from 2008 to 2009 reported to Shandong province were analyzed statistically in respect of patients＇ sex and age, drug types, clinical manifestation, administration route, etc. RESULTS： Among 502 ADR cases, 109 ADR cases were caused by antimicrobial drugs （accounting for 21.71% ）, followed by 90 cases of TCM preparations （accounting for 17.93% ）. 278 ADR cases were caused by intravenous injection （accounting for 55.38% ）. 138 ADR cases manifested as the lesion of skin and its appendants （accotmting for 27.49% ）. CONCLUSION： Medical staff should enhance the awareness of rational use of drug, develop and strengthen ADR monitoring, and ensure the clinical medication safely and effectively.
