摘    要:目的:建立万金油中桉油精和丁香酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法。色谱柱为HP-FFAP,固定相为交联聚乙二醇-TPA;氢火焰离子化检测器,进样口温度:230℃,检测器温度:250℃;分流进样,分流比:20∶1;程序升温:初始80℃,保持3min,以6℃·min-1升至200℃,保持7min;载气:氮气,流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果:桉油精和丁香酚检测浓度线性范围分别为0.091~1.174(r=0.9999)、0.014~0.174mg·mL-1(r=0.9981),平均回收率分别为100.49%(RSD=1.47%,n=6)和100.01%(RSD=1.82%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于万金油的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of cineol and eugenol in tiger balm. METHODS: GC was adopted. The determination was performed on HP-FFAP column using PEG-TPA as stationary phase. Hydrogen flame ionization detector was specified with inlet temperature of 230 ℃ by split sampling. The temperature of detector was 250 ℃, and rate of split flow was 20 : 1. The increase of culumn temperature was controlled by programming. The initial temperature was 80℃ and maintained for 3 min, and then raised to 200℃ at rate of 6 ℃. min t for 7 min. Nitrogen was used as carrier and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min^-1. RESULTS: The linear ranges were 0.091-1.174 mg.mL^-1 (r=0.999 9) for cineol and 0.014-0.174 mg.mL^-1 (r=0.998 1) for eugenol. The average recoveries were 100.49% (RSD= 1.47%, n=6)and 100.01% (RSD= 1.82%, n= 6) respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate for quality control of tiger balm.
