| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院中药注射剂应用情况,为临床合理用药和提高药品管理水平提供参考。方法:对2007-2009年我院中药注射剂的种类、年销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:中药注射剂销售金额呈明显上升趋势,丹红注射液等中药注射剂的用药金额和DDDs居前列。结论:我院中药注射剂的使用量增长迅速。必须加强用药管理和不良反应监测。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the application of TCM injection in our hospital,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs and drug management.METHODS：The utilization of TCM injection in our hospital during the period of 2007-2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of type of TCM injections,annual consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS：Consumption sum of TCM injections increased significantly.TCM injections,such as Danhong injection took up the lead place in the list of consumption sum and DDDs.CONCLUSION：The utilization of TCM injections increased rapidly.It is important to intensify the drug management and monitoring of adverse drug reactions. |
