联合云南白药治疗支气管扩张伴咯血的临床观察

目的:观察联合云南白药在治疗支气管扩张伴中、大量咯血患者的临床效果。方法:将234例支气管扩张伴中、大量咯血患者随机分为对照组115例和试验组119例,2组均给予抗感染、止血等对症治疗,试验组每6h加服云南白药0.5g。观察2组在咯血量、咯血的总天数及需气管插管的例数上的差异。结果:对照组总咯血量为(903.5±231.6)mL,咯血总天数为(10.1±3.1)d,治疗组总咯血量为(831.3±186.6)mL,咯血总天数为(8.1±2.5)d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组和治疗组需气管插管的例数分别为4例和2例,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合云南白药治疗支气管扩张伴中、大量咯血,可以减少患者的总咯血量,缩短患者咯血的总天数。

Clinical Observation of Combined Yunnan Baiyao in the Treatment of Bronchiectasis and Hemoptysis

To observe the clinical efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis. METHODS： 234 patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis were randomly divided into control group （115 cases）and experimental group（119 cases）. Both groups were given treatment such as anti-infection and stanching bleeding. Experimental group were additionally given Yunnan Baiyao 0.5 g, q6h. The differences of amount and lasting days of hemoptysis, as well as case number of en- dotracheal intubation between 2 groups were observed. RESULTS： The total amount of hemoptysis in control group was （903.5± 231.6） mL lasting （10.1 ± 3.1 ）days. For the experimental group, the total amount of hemoptysis was （831.3 ± 186.6）mL lasting totally （8.1 ± 2.5）days. There was significant difference between 2 groups（P〈0.01）. There were 4 cases of endotracheal intubation in control group and 2 cases in experimental group, there was no significant difference between 2 groups （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： Combined therapy of Yunnan Baiyao can reduce the amount of hemoptysis and shorten the days of hemoptysis.
