“清肝颗粒”中挥发油提取及包合工艺优选

目的优选“清肝颗粒”中挥发油的最佳提取工艺和β-环糊精包合工艺。方法以收油率为指标,采用单因素实验优选最佳提取工艺;以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率为指标,采用正交试验优选最佳包合工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:加水4倍量,浸泡0.5 h,提取3 h。最佳包合工艺为:挥发油与β-环糊精包合比例为l mL∶8 g,包合温度60℃,包合时间3 h。结论所优选提取工艺收油率较高,包合工艺稳定可行,适用于大生产。

Study on Extraction and Inclusion Technology of Volatile Oil in Qinggan Granules

Objective To study the optimum conditions of extraction and β-cyclodextrin inclusion for the volatile oil in Qinggan granules.Methods The extraction conditions were evaluated by the ultimate oil extracting ratio with single-factor analysis,and the inclusion technology were optimized by the inclusion output ratio and oil-bearing ratio in the inclusion with orthogonal test.Results The optimum conditions for extraction were as follows: adding 6 times of the water,extracting material medica for 3 hours after soaking 0.5 h;the best conditions for inclusion were as follows:the ratio of oil and β-cyclodextrin being 1 mL∶8 g,and stirring for 3 hours at 60 ℃.Conclusion The extraction and inclusion conditions are optimal with high oil extract rate,the inclusion conditions are workable and can be used in industrial production.
