| 摘 要： | 目的考察维生素K1注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中对注射用头孢地嗪钠稳定性的影响。方法观察配伍液的外观、pH值变化,采用HPLC法测定头孢地嗪含量。结果室温时配伍液在6 h内无明显外观、pH值、含量的变化。结论室温时维生素K1注射液在6 h内对注射用头孢地嗪钠稳定性无影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of Vitamin K1 injection on stability of cefodizime sodium for injection.Methods The appearance and pH value of the mixed fluid was observed,the content of cefodizime was determined by HPLC.Results There was no evident change in appearance,pH value and the content of cefodizime sodium within 6 h at room temperature.Conclusion Vitamin K1 injection has no influence on stability of cefodizime sodium for injection within 6 h at room temperature. |
