罕见的血管球瘤

目的 :为了认识血管球瘤临床表现和放射诊断的规律。方法 :作者收集了经手术和病理检验证实的 5例血管球瘤的X线影像。结果 :5例中均有手指末端肥大、疼痛、甲下和软组织内见紫蓝色小结节 ,以及骨质改变。结论 :末端指骨肥大 ,间歇样疼痛 ,甲下和软组织内紫蓝色小结节 ,末节指骨压迫性骨缺损或小囊样透亮区是血管球瘤的典型表现

A Rare Kind of Glomus Tumor

Objective For the understanding of the clinical manifestations of glomus tumor and the laws of radiodiagnosis. Methods The X-ray images of 5 cases of glomus tumor confirmed by surgery and pathological examination were collected. Results Such clinical manifestations as finger distal hypertrophy, pain, royal blue lesser tubercles in the soft tissues beneath the nail, and bone changes were found in all the 5 patients. Conclusion Phalangette hypertrophy, intermittent pain, and royal blue lesser tubercles in the soft tissues and beneath the nail, phalangette compression bone defects or sac-shaped clear zones are the typical manifestation of glomus tumor.
