| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨舌下特异性免疫治疗(SLIT)对于儿童过敏性支气管哮喘的疗效.方法:将72例儿童过敏性支气管哮喘患儿随机分成两组各36例,治疗组在吸入低剂量糖皮质激素(相当于200 μg布地奈德等效剂量)的基础上加用舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,对照组单纯吸入低剂量糖皮质激素,疗程均为18个月.观察两组在治疗期间人均累计哮喘急性发...

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT) on treating allergic bronchial asthma of children.Methods: Randomly assigned 72 subjects with allergic bronchial asthma into two groups,both groups received treatment with a low-level of glucocorticoid(equal to 200 μg budesonide).The treatment group(36 cases) received an additional treatment with dermatophagoides farinae drops.The treatment lasted 18 months.Results: T-test results suggested that the treatment group had significantly better results on average allergic responses per person(P<0.01),lasting days for each allergic response(P<0.01),night symptom scores(P<0.05),total IgE level(P<0.01),forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1)(P<0.01),peak expiratory flow(PEF)(P<0.05),as compared to the control group.Conclusions: Sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT) with dermatophagoides farinae drops can significantly increase the effectiveness when treating allergic bronchial asthma of children. |
