吉林省地方性砷中毒调查研究

按卫生部要求，为尽快查清地方性砷中毒天吉林省的流行情况，依据以往水质检测资料，对吉林省西部的通榆县４个乡进行了环境砷含量及流行病学调查研究。共检水样１７４份，其中砷含量超标３７份，占２１．２６％，水砷最高值为０．２０７ｍｇ／Ｌ。土壤及农作物砷含量均在国家规定的正常范围内。

Arsenic contained in soil and crops is within the nomal limits set by our country We surveyed people for 4903,found 93 people suffered from callosity and chap on their sole and palm, pig- mentation on their skins ,vitiligo and tinea of the skin in varying degrees ,it account for 1 .9 per cent of investigated peo- ple, among them the youngest is six and the oldest is eighty, in the rate of suffering illness male sex is higher than female sex. Urine was determined for 42 shares ,which sampled from doubtable patients, among them arsenic content in urine ex- ceed the level for 15,it takes 35.7 per cent ,the highest value of urine arsenic is 0.401mg/L Hair samples were deter- mined for 13 shares, arsenic content in hair exceed the level for 8 shares ,it takes 61 .54 per cent. On the basis of the investigation, it can be affirmed that there is endears arsenic disease in this area, it results from arsenic content in drinking water exceeded the level.
