恶性肿瘤中肺癌的患病情况分析

目的通过对中老年恶性肿瘤患者的情况分析,了解肺癌在恶性肿瘤中的年龄分布及发病率的构成,为肺癌的防治工作提供更有针对性的依据。方法收集1992年10月1日—2012年9月30日在我院住院的中老年患者资料,对肺癌及各种恶性肿瘤的发病情况进行统计分析。结果在1992年10月1日—2012年9月30日因恶性肿瘤住院的患者1 513例中,肺癌501例,居各种恶性肿瘤发病率的首位;肺癌随着年龄的增加而增加,≥60岁以后肺癌的发病率明显升高。结论有效预防和控制各种恶性肿瘤,重点防治肺癌,提高中老年人的健康水平和生存质量。

Analysis of lung cancer incidence in malignancy

ObjectiveTo explore the incidence of malignancies in middle aged patients, to analysis the age and compositoy of lung cancer, and to provide scientific basis for cadre prevention and treatment. MethodsTo collect middle aged patients with malignant tumors enrolled in our hospital from October 1, 1992 to September 30, 2012 so as to learn the incidence of lung cancer and other malignant tumors. ResultsThere were 1 513 patients with malignant tumors (1 435 for male and 78 for femal).Lung cancer ranked the first in all kinds of the malignant tumors. The incidence of lung cancer increased with age and especially with over 60 years old. ConclusionTo preventive and treatment of lung cancer should be strengthed and we should to improve health care condition and life quality in middle aged population.
