| 摘 要： | 制备了抗尿激酶血清,并由此抗血清提取抗尿激酶IgG.将此IgG偶联到CNBr活化的Sepharose4B上,对尿激酶(UK)粗品进行纯化.经SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,纯化的UK样品显示3条蛋白带,高分子量尿激酶(H-UK),低分子量尿激酶(LUK)及分子量为1.8×10~4道尔顿的UK肽链.纯化UK样品的比活为79143～101710 IU/mg蛋白,从层析柱上的回收率为51～82%.未纯化UK粗品于SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中显示9～10条带.

| Abstract: | An anti-urokinase (UK) serum was prepared.The IgG antibodies purified from this serum were coupled to CNBr-activated Sepharose 4B and then used in the purification of crude UK samples.SDS-polyacrylamide electrophoresis of the purified UK showed three bands at 54000,33000 and 18000 daltons.51-82% enzyme activity was recovered from the column.The specific activity was 791 413-101 710 IU/mg protein.The crude UK samples showed 9-10 bands in SDS-PAGE. |
