利咽止咳方治疗喉源性咳嗽106例临床观察

目的：观察自拟利咽止咳方对喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：喉源性咳嗽患者204例，随机分成2组。治疗组106例予自拟利咽止咳方治疗，对照组17服抗菌素和润喉片。结果：治疗组治愈81例，有效21例，无效4例，总有效率为96．2％（95％CI=90．5％～98．9％）；对照组治愈52例，有效19例，无效27例，总有效率为72．4％（95％CI=63．5～81．3）；两组综合疗效比较差异显著（u=3．4706，P=0．0020）。结论：自拟利咽止咳方对治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效优于口服抗菌素和润喉片，其收益为OR=0．1（95％CI=0．03～0．31），NNT=4（95％CI=2．97—7．12）。

Contrast Control Observation of Formula for Relieving Sore - throat to Stop Coughing on Cough Originated from Larynx, A Report of 106 Cases

Objective： To observe the curative effect of formula for relieving sore -throat to stop coughing on cough originated from larynx. Method： 204 cases suffered from cough originated from larynx were randomly divided into two groups. 106 cases in treatment group were treated by formula for relieving sore -throat to stop coughing, and 98 cases in control group were treated by antibiotic and throat lozenge. Result： In treatment group 81 cases were recovered, 21 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.2% （95% CI =90. 5% -98.9% ）. In control group 52 cases were recovered, 19 cases were effective, and 27 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 72. 4% （95% CI = 63.5% -81.3% ）. There was significant difference between curative effects of the two groups （ u = 3.470 6, P = 0. 002 0）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of formula for relieving sore- throat to stop coughing is better than that of antibiotic and throat lozenge.
