| 摘 要： | 核糖核苷酸还原酶M1(RRMI)是DNA合成与修复的限速酶,RRM1的表达可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,高表达RRM1对肺癌患者的生存期有益,并且RRM1与切除修复交叉互补基因1(ERCC1)的表达水平具有明显的相关性。RRM1也是吉西他滨作用的分子靶点,是吉西他滨耐药的一个重要的预测指标,RRM1过表达者对吉西他滨化疗不敏感。

| Abstract: | Ribonucleotide reductase M1(RRMI)is the key enzyme in DNA synthesis and re- pair.RRMI expression inhibits tumor cell proliferation.High-level RRMI benefits the survival of lung cancer patients and there is a strong correlation between RRMI and ERCC1 expression.RRM1 is also a molecular tar- get of gemcitabine.RRM1 is a crucial predictive marker in gemcitabine-resistance patients.RRMI overexpres- sion indicates resistance to gemcitabine. |
