CO2冷冻治疗阴道残端复发性卵巢癌1例的疗效观察及文献复习

摘    要:目的观察冷冻治疗阴道残端复发性卵巢癌的效果。方法经阴道冷冻阴道残端复发性卵巢粘液性癌1例,比较冷冻前后肿瘤组织病理学改变;定期复查记录瘤体变化;末次冷冻后1周剖腹行肿瘤细胞减灭术。结果冷冻前组织中见许多形态、结构完整的肿瘤细胞,冷冻后肿瘤组织细胞完全破碎、丧失一切正常结构,瘤体随着重复冷冻逐渐缩小。术后病理纤维结缔组织中见少许粘液腺癌浸润。结论冷冻治疗阴道残端癌,可以有效地减灭肿瘤,操作简便,副作用少。冷冻可以与化疗、手术结合作为妇科恶性肿瘤综合治疗的一部分。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of cryosurgery on recurrent ovarian cancer at vaginal residue.Methods:Cryosurgery via vagina was used to treat a patient diagnosed as recurrent mucinous ovarian cancer at vaginal residue.The pathological change was compared fore-and-after cryosurgery.The bulk of tumor was examined termly.The cytoreductive surgery was performed 1 week after last cryosurgery.Results:Many cancer cells with intact figure and structure before cryosurgery was completely destroyed after cryosurgery and lost normal structure. The bulk of tumor was gradually reduced afer cryosurgery.Pathological report showed a little mucinous adenocarcinoma among fibrous connective tissue.Conclusion:Cryotherapy is an effective,convenient and less side-effect method to treat tumor metastasis at vagial residue.As part of integrative therapy,cryosurgery can be used to cure gynecologic tumor with chemotherapy and surgery.
