普伐他汀调节冠心病患者血脂及血压的临床观察

目的:探讨普伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂的调节作用及对血压的影响。方法:将80例冠心病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组服用普伐他汀20mg,每晚1次;对照组服用安慰剂,疗程均为4wk。观察治疗前、后血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)以及收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)的变化。结果:与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后TC、TG与DBP显著下降,HDL-C则显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:普伐他汀对冠心病患者除具有调节血脂作用外,还具有一定降压效应。

Clinical Observation on Regulating Effect of Pravastatin on Blood Lipid and Blood Pressure in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

OBJECTIVE:To explore the regulating effect of pravastatin on hyperlipidemia and hypertension in patients with coronary heart disease.METHODS:80 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups,pravastatin treatment group(pravastatin,20 mg,qd,n=42)and placebo control group(placebo,qd,n=38).The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were assayed,and systolic blood pressure(SBP)as well as diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were measured before and after 4 weeks of treatment.RESULTS:There was a significant decrease of serum TC and TG levels,as well as DBP in treatment group after treatment,as compared with control group,while HDL-C level increased significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Pravastatin can not only regulate the blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease,but also have an depressurization effect.
