口腔种植技术的应用体会

目的探讨ITIStraumann口腔牙种植系统治疗牙列缺损的疗效，以及种植技术在二级甲等医院中小型口腔科室的发展前景。方法选取该院口腔科2010年9月至2013年3月所收治的55例牙列缺损患者植入mStrau—mann常用牙种植体106颗，3～6个月后行上部结构修复术，术后观察6～24个月种植体骨结合状况、周围软组织与修复体情况、患者的满意度。结果55例牙列缺损患者106颗种植体，术后随访6～24个月，种植体成功率为100％，患者满意率达92．73％。结论口腔种植义齿是修复牙列缺损缺失的好方法，是适合在规模较小的口腔科开展的。

Application of oral implantology

Objective To explore the efficacy of Staumann oral implant system from International Team for Implantology （ITI） in the treatment of dentition defect, and the development prospect of implant technology in small and medium-sized stoma- tology department in second-class hospital. Methods 55 patients with dentition defect enrolled in stomatology department in the hospital from September 2010 to March 2013 were inserted 106 ITI Straumann common implants. After 3-6 months, superstruc- ture was repaired. The synosteosis of the implants, surrounding soft tissue and prosthesis, and patients＇ satisfactory 6-24 months after operation were observed. Results Among the 106 implants in 55 cases of dentition defect, the success rate of implants was 100% and the satisfactory rate reached to 92.73% after 6-24 months post-operation follow-up. Conclusion Dental implants restoration is a good way for repairing dentition defect and deletion, and it is suitable for developing in small-scale stomatology de- partment.
