摘    要:糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,Micro RNA通过调控细胞外基质蛋白合成、肾小管上皮-间充质转分化及足细胞功能参与糖尿病肾病的发生。此外,它们可作为潜在的糖尿病的生物标志物和治疗靶点。本文针对Micro RNA在糖尿病肾病方面的研究进展做一综述,目的在于从分子水平为糖尿病肾病的诊断和治疗提供新的思路和研究方向。

The progress of MicroRNA in diabetic nephropathy

Abstract:Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. MicroRNAs are involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy through the regulation and control of extracellular matrix protein synthesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and the function of sertoli cell, in addition, they can be used as potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for the diabetes. The paper would provide new train of ideal and research direction for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy at the molecular level.
