GMP-140和血小板计数之积与出血及缺血性疾病的关系

摘    要:目的探讨血小板(PLT)膜表面α颗粒膜蛋白140(GMP140)分子数和PLT计数之积(GMP140×PLT)与出血及缺血性疾病的关系。方法测定22名健康志愿者(对照组)、42例出血性疾病患者(出血组)及30例不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者(缺血组)治疗前、后GMP140分子数,并常规进行PLT计数。结果出血组PLT计数显著低于对照组(P<0.001);GMP140分子数显著高于对照组(P<0.001),但GMP140×PLT显著低于对照组(P<0.001);经治疗出血停止后GMP140×PLT比治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)。缺血组治疗前PLT计数亦低于对照组(P<0.01),GMP140分子数显著高于对照组(P<0.001),但二者之积显著高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗7天后PLT计数、GMP140分子数及二者之积均达对照组水平(P均>0.05)。结论用GMP140分子数与PLT计数的乘积来做出血及缺血性疾病的病情判断,以及评价治疗效果,较单独用二者更准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the product of molecular numbers of platelet membrane surface α-granule membrane protein (GMP-140) multiplied by blood platelet count (BPC) (which was called product in following text) and the hemorrhagic and ischemic disease.Methods The GMP- 140 molecular numbers of 20 healthy volunteers (control group) and 42 patients with hemorrhage (hemorrhage group) and 30 patients with unstable angina pectoris (ischemia group) were determined before and after treatment respectively,and BPC was detected routinely.Results BPC in hemorrhage group was significantly lower than those of control group (P<~0.001 ),while GMP-140 molecular numbers of hemorrhage group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.001).The product of hemorrhage group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.001).After treatment and hemostasis,the product significantly increased,as compared with that before treatment (P<0.01).Before treatment BPC in ischemia group was also lower than that of control group (P<0.01),while GM P-140 molecular numbers were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.001).The product of ischemia group was significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.001).The BPC and GMP-140 and the product of ischemia group 7 days after treatment reached to the levels of control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The product is more accurate and reliable than platelet membrane surface GMP-140 or blood platelet count for the evaluation of patient's condition and therapeutic effect.
