温经汤治疗功能失调性月经病的临床研究与探讨

探讨温经汤证型内分泌功能失调性月经病的主要证候、病机、预防、治疗用药、临床运用。认为温经汤证型主要症状为月经异常(包括周期异常、经期异常、经量经质异常、痛经、闭经),小腹冷感或痛,口唇干,手足心热。主要舌象为舌质淡黯或夹瘀斑,主要脉象为细脉。并且不同年龄段都可发病。病机为冲任虚寒,瘀血阻滞。治疗用药强调辨证、结合月经周期。临床运用于多种妇科疾病。

Clinical Study of Effect of Treating Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding with Wenjing Decoction

To discuss the signs,pathology,prevention,drugs of treatment,clinical application of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of Wenjing decoction syndrome.The sign of Wenjing decoction syndrome are menoxenia(include abnormal menstrual cycle,abnormal menstrual period,menorrheal,scanty menstruation,dysmenorrhea,amenia),cold and pain of hypogastrium,Dry mouth,heat of center of palm and planter centre.The tongue manifestation is dark tongue or with macula of blood stasis.The pulse condition is fine pulse.The invasion has no correlation with age.The pathology is deficiency cold of thoroughfare and conception vessels,blood stasis.The treating is paid attention to pattern identification and menstrual cycle.Wenjing decoction is taken in many gynecopathy.
