脑室-腹腔分流治疗外伤后脑积水21例临床观察

目的探讨颅脑损伤后脑积水的治疗。方法回顾性总结分析我院自2004年2月至2008年2月收治的21例外伤后脑积水的临床表现、诊断、手术疗效。结果按Salmon的脑积水分流术疗效评定标准改良后的标准。基本恢复正常14例，明显好转3例．轻度改善3例，无变化1例，无死亡病例。结论外伤后脑积水早期诊断，及时采用脑室一腹腔分流术治疗有较好的疗效。

Clinical observation of ventriculoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of 21 case of traumatic hydrocephalus.

Objective To explore the pathogeny and the therapy of hydrocephalus following severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods 21 cases of severe craniocerebral trauma complicated with hydrocephalus were admitted to our department from February 2004 to February 2008.Their clinicalm anifestations,diagnosis,operatation and effectiveness were analyzed retrospectively. Results According to standard which was amended from salmon＇ s curative effect standard of shunt of hydrocephalus. 14 case were almost cured,3 case were obvious improved,3 case were gently improved,1 had no change, none death. Conclusion Traumatic hydrocephalus early diagnosis and ventriculoperitoneal shunt（V-P） is a promising therapy to treat it effectively.
