羟基磷灰石义眼座植入在先天性小眼球和隐眼治疗中的应用

目的：对先天性小眼球和隐眼患者行羟基磷灰石义眼座植入，以填充眼窝尽早恢复眼睑的功能，达到美容的效果。方法：将眼眶内残存的眼球内面色素膜清除，保留巩膜外壳及巩膜外组织，眼．眶软组织向外提拉，义眼座植入后，遂层缝合巩膜、Tenon囊及球结膜。结果：对8例先天性小眼球和隐眼患者进行了义眼座植入治疗，术后随访结果显示术眼活动与健眼同步，改善了眼窝凹陷。植入物无反应，无并发症，美容效果满意。结论：对先天性小眼．球和隐眼患者，因其眼凹塌陷不能配戴义眼片，应尽早行义眼座植入术，使眼眶得到正常的发育。羟基磷灰石义眼座植入后，眼球活动、眼部外观与健眼相同，达到了关各效果。

Application of HA prosthesis seat implantation on treatment for congenital microphthalmia

Objective In order to revive the eyelid function and achieve the cosmetic effect for patiences who were congenifal microphthalmia and cryptophthalmia. The moveable HA was implanted to fill up the orbit. Methods To clear away the pigmental membrane remained in orbit, keep back the remains of sclera and episclera, pull the soft tissues of orbit out. After HA was implanted, sclera, subconjunctival tissue and global conjunctiva were sutured layers by layer. Results 8 cases had been operated. The activity of the operative eye and the healthy eye were synchronized. The condition of hollow socket was improved. The reaction to implant was moderate. The operate had no complication and achieved the cosmetic satisfaction. Conclusion HA should be implanted as early as possible for these patients with microphthalmia or cryptophthalmia congenitally. So that the development of orbit won't be affected and the activity and appearance of the operative eye is the same as the healthy eye.
