| 摘 要： | 为研究坚骨颗粒对骨质疏松大鼠骨中无机元素的影响，采用切除大鼠双侧卵巢的方法建立骨质疏松模型，以雌二醇作对照，测定大鼠骨中无机元素含量，观察坚骨颗粒对模型鼠骨中钙、磷、镁、锰、锌、铜等无机元素含量的影响。结果显示，坚骨颗粒与雌二组大鼠骨中元素含量均明显高于模型组，表明坚骨颗粒可使模型鼠骨组织中相关元素量增加而达到正常水平。

| Abstract: | In order to study the effect of “Jiangu Keli”(JG,traditional Chinese medicine) on inorganic elements of bones in osteoporosis rats, 88 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: sham surgery(ss), ovariectomized(OV), ovariectomizied and Estrogen-treated(OVE), ovariectomized and JG-treated(OVJG). The inorganic elements'contents in rats' bones were measured to observe the effect of JG. The results showed that the inorganic elements content of OVE and OVJG group were ob viously higher than that of OV group,suggesting that JG can increase the inorgani c elements content of bone in osteoporosis rat. |
