积雪草总苷对抑郁症大鼠神经内分泌功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究积雪草总苷对大鼠下丘脑-肾上腺皮质轴和下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴功能的影响。方法:采用长期末预知应激刺激致大鼠抑郁症模型实验,积雪草总苷灌胃给药(30,60和120mg/kg)21d后,用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆ACTH和血清TSH,T3,T4和rT3的浓度。结果:与正常大鼠比较,抑郁症模型组动物血浆ACTH,血清TSH,T4和rT3浓度显降低,血清T3浓度显升高;积雪草总苷各剂量组血浆ACTH水平,血清TSH,T4和rT3水平不同程度增加,血清T3水平减少。结论:积雪草总苷具有调节抑郁症大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质同和下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of total triterpene fractions of Centella asiatica(TTFCA)on the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis and hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis. Methods: The contents of adrenocoticotrophic hormone (ACTH) in the plasma and TSH, T3, T4, rT3 in the serum in depression animals caused by chronic unpredictable stress test were measured 21 d after oral administration of TTFCA (30, 60 or 120 mg/kg). Results: Compared with control animals, the contents of ACTH and TSH,T4,rT3 in depression animals decreased, while the contents of T3 increased significantly. Compared with model animals, the contents of ACTH and TSH,T4,rT3 of TTFCA treated animals increased but T3 decreased significantly. Conclusion: TTFCA can ameliorate the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis and hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis.
