β-连环素和E-钙粘素在肝细胞癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨β-连环素与E-钙粘素在肝癌中的表达及与临床病理学的意义.方法 采用S-P免疫组化法检测β-连环素及E-钙粘素在72例肝癌的表达.结果 在肝癌中β-连环素（76.4%）和E-钙粘素异常表达（61.1%）均明显高于癌周组织与肝硬化（P＜0.001）.β-连环素或E-钙粘素异常表达在肝癌中分化呈明显相关（P＜0.001）.E-钙粘素异常表达在门静脉有无癌栓中呈明显相关（P＜0.01）.结论 β-连环素与E-钙粘素异常表达可能参与肝癌发生、发展，并与肝癌的临床生物特性有一定关系.

β-catenin and E-cadherin expression in hepatocellular carcinoma and clinicopathological significance

Objective] To investigate the expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin and the clinicaopathological significance in hepatic cancer. Methods] β-catenin and E-cadherin expressions in 72 patients with hepatic cancer were detected byimmunohistochemical method. Results] The abnormal expression β-catenin(76.4%) and E-cadherin(61.1%) in hepatic cancer was significantly higher than that in paracancer and liver cirrhosis (P ＜0.001). The abnormal expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin showed significant relationship with differentiation grade (P ＜0.001). The abnormal expression of E-cadherin significantly was related with portal vein embolus or not (P ＜0.01). Conclusions ] The β-catenin and E-cadherin may participate in the process of development, progression in hepatic cancer. The abdominal expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin is related with biological characteristic of hepatic cancer.
