| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方盐酸阿替卡因用于中小学生牙髓治疗的麻醉效果。方法随机选择需作牙髓治疗的患者82例96颗牙，取1．7mL复方盐酸阿替卡因1支在经消毒的患牙颊（唇）侧根尖区局部粘膜下行浸润麻醉。结果80例患者94颗牙的牙髓在5分钟内被麻醉，总有效率97．9％，仅有2例患者注射局部轻微疼痛；无全身不良反应发生。结论复方盐酸阿替卡因能有效地麻醉牙髓神经，达到无痛治疗的目的，尤其适用于中小学生患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the anesthetic effect of articaine hydrochloride compound in the treatment of pulpitis in pupils.
