| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the drug quality.Methods: The contents of Schisandrin,the pharmacologically active ingredient in Congrong Yishen Granules,was determined by HPLC.Results: The separation was good,the linear correlation RSD＜2%,and recovery rate of sample is 98.92%.Conclusion: This method is convenient,rapid and accurate. |
