| 摘 要： | 目的观察雌二醇对老年雌鼠内分泌免疫功能的调节作用。方法以老年雌性大鼠作为研究对象,与正常青年雌性大鼠对比,用雌二醇灌胃3个月,观察雌二醇对内分泌免疫功能的调节作用。采用放免(RIA)法检测血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平,流式细胞术检测脾脏T细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+)及T细胞凋亡。结果老年雌鼠血清E2水平下降,FSH、LH水平上升,脾脏CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显下降,T细胞凋亡率显著上升,雌二醇能使FSH、LH水平下降,血清E2升高,T细胞CD4+、CD4+/CD8+升高,T细胞凋亡明显减少。结论雌二醇能调节老年雌鼠内分泌,提高机体免疫力。
