体表心电图与冠状动脉造影在冠心病诊断中的对比分析

目的探讨体表心电图与冠状动脉造影在冠心病诊断中的价值.方法根据临床症状、心电图、酶变化,选择初诊为冠心病患者64例进行冠状动脉造影并与体表心电图对比分析.结果64例患者中,冠状动脉造影异常,狭窄或闭塞45例,占70%,造影正常者19例,占30%.结论体表心电图简便、常用,能够帮助诊断大多数冠心病,但存在假阳性和假阴性.冠状动脉造影目前仍是诊断冠心病的"金标准",但也有局限性和风险.必须全面分析患者资料,选择性的实施冠状动脉造影,以减少冠心病的误诊.

Comparative analysis of coronary arteriography and body surface electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart diseases

Objective To understand the value of coronary arteriography and body surface electrocardiogram(ECG) in the diagnosis of coronary heart diseases. Methods According to clinical symptoms and change of ECG and enzymes,we chose 64 patients who were first diagnosed as having coronary heart diseases. Then the coronary arteriography was done on them,and compared with body surface ECG. Results Of all the 64 patients,45 cases were abnormal in coronary arteriography(70%),and 19 cases normal(30%). Conclusions The simple,frequently used body surface ECG can help diagnose most coronary heart diseases,but there can be false positive and false negative reactions. Coronary arteriography has its specificity and also has some limitations and risks. And therefore,the patients' data must be analysed thoroughly and selective coronary arteriography must be carried out so as to reduce the misdiagnosis.
