氯霉素控释眼丸的研究

摘    要:氯霉素控释眼丸(以下简称眼丸)经体外、眼内试验可持续恒速释药10d,眼内释药量平均为13.35μg/h。眼丸是根据中药“龙虱子”设计,用滴丸工艺制成,于中央钻孔以达到恒速释药。制法简便、成本低、使用方便、安全、疗效可靠。

Abstract:The release of chloramphenicol from the ocular system attained a virtually constant rate of 13.35 μg/h in eyes, and maintained throughout 10 days. It was designed according to the traditional Chinese drug "Long Shi Zi", prepared by the method of pilulae with a perforation in its center. The advantages of chloramphenicol ocular system are: ease of insertion and removal and better resistant to expulsion by movement of the eye because of its small size; simplicity of production and low cost. No irritation or discomfort was observed in clinical trials on 300 patients. The therapeutic values are reliable.
