负压封闭引流联合外固定架治疗肢体毁损伤的护理

目的分析我院负压封闭引流（VSD）联合外固定架治疗肢体毁损伤的病例,探讨肢体毁损伤治疗的护理方法。方法 21例开放毁损伤患者采取急诊负压封闭引流联合外固定架保肢治疗,配合积极的护理措施。结果 21例患者经1￣5次VSD治疗,12例无骨外露,肉芽组织生长良好,创面游离植皮成功;5例骨外露面积小,肉芽组织覆盖骨外露后游离植皮,创面愈合;3例骨外露,行组织瓣转移覆盖创面;1例并发严重感染,截肢。结论密切的创面观察,持续有效的负压引流,良好的心理护理和康复护理是负压封闭引流联合外固定架治疗肢体毁损伤的护理关键。

Emergency application of limb salvage treated with vacuum sealing drainage combined with external fixation in traumatic destructive limb
