| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对高血压伴焦虑患者病情的影响。方法将65例经住院患者焦虑情绪评定量表诊断为焦虑症的原发性高血压患者随机分为干预组35例与对照组30例,对干预组进行心理干预,对照组行常规护理。分别测定2组干预前后的焦虑情绪评分及血压,并进行比较。结果干预组患者较对照组患者住院患者焦虑情绪评定量表评分及血压的下降更为明显。结论对患有焦虑症的原发性高血压患者在积极治疗的同时,给予有效的心理干预,能显著降低患者血压。
