高职女生痛经现状及生理心理影响因素分析

目的分析职校生的痛经发生情况及影响因素,为防治原发性痛经提供基础性资料。方法采用问卷调查的形式,运用整群、分层、随机抽样的方法,分别对我校一、二、三、四年级328名女生进行月经一般资料和痛经发生情况问卷调查。艾森克情绪问卷采用心海软件测量。结果①原发性痛经的总发病率为78.66%,以轻度为主;②影响痛经发生的生理因素为平素喜冷饮冷食,经前、经期精神紧张、睡眠不佳、心情不好;③影响痛经的心理因素为抑郁和焦虑较著。结论原发性痛经在职校女生中有较高的发生率,各种不良的生理因素、心理因素均可使痛经发病率增高。

Analysis of present occurrence and related factors of physical and psychological of dysmenorrhea in female students in vocational college

Objective Basic data of primary dysmenorrhea was provided for prevention and treatment through understanding the dysmenorrhea occurrence and related factors in vocational college.Methods General information and dysmenorrhea occurrence of 328 samples including one,two,three,four grade were investigated using the form demixing and cluster at random.Eysenck emotional questionnaire was measured by Xin-Hai software.Results ①The total incidence rate of primary dysmenorrhea was 78.66% with mild primarily.②The effect of physical factors included the cold food and drink,menstrual tension,sleeplessness and bad mood.③The psychological factors included anxiety and depression.Conclusion There was a higher incidence rate of primary dysmenorrhea in female vocational school students.Various unhealthy physiology,psychological factors could increase dysmenorrhea incidence.
