| 摘 要： | 目的:研究香血藤Schisandra glaucescens的化学成分.方法:以硅胶柱、凝胶柱色谱分离,制备HPLC纯化,采用MS,NMR等波谱方法进行结构鉴定.结果:从石油醚部位分离得到12个化合物:t-杜松醇(t-cadinol,1),α-杜松醇(α-cadinol,2),榧树醇(torreyol,3),(+)-ent-epicubenol (4),ent-T-muurolol(5),(-)-15-hydroxycalamenene(6),(-)-cubebol(7),4-epicubebol (8),石竹烯醇-Ⅰ(caryophyllenol-Ⅰ,9),石竹烯醇-Ⅱ(caryophyllenol-Ⅱ,10),oxyphyllenodiols A(11),caryolane-1,9β-diol (12).结论:化合物4,6～ 12均首次从该属植物中分得,化合物1～ 12均首次从该植物中分得.
