肾脏错构瘤的诊断与治疗

目的探讨肾脏错构瘤的诊断和治疗。方法分析25例肾脏错构瘤患者的临床资料。结果 25例患者均以肾脏错构瘤收治并手术治疗,术中冰冻病理学检查、术后病理学检查22例诊断为肾脏错构瘤、3例诊断为肾脏透明细胞癌。结论肾脏错构瘤的影像学诊断存在误诊可能,诊断及随访过程中应密切注意其血液供应,而且术中冰冻病理学检查意义重大。

Diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma（RAML）.Methods Clinical data of 25 patients with RAML admitted in from 1995 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,moreover related reference were reviewed.Results 25 patients all accepted operation and pathological diagnosis including intra-operation frozen sections and post-operation paraffin sections.The diagnostic results showed that there were 22 patients with RAML and 3 patients with clear cell carcinoma.Conclusion Patients with RAML may be misdiagnosed by imaging,and it is very important that examining blood supply of carcinomas.Furthermore intra-operation frozen sections could help us diagnose RAML a lot.
