恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化伴肝源性糖尿病的疗效观察

目的探讨恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化伴肝源性糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取164例乙肝肝硬化伴肝源性糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各82例。其中，对照组给予常规保肝降酶治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗，比较两组治疗前后肝功能指标及血糖水平。结果对照组总有效率为35．71％，观察组总有效率为78．05％，两组总有效率比较，差异具有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化伴肝源性糖尿病的临床疗效显著，是一种安全有效的治疗手段，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Entecavir Treatment of Hepatitis B Liver Cirrhosis with Cave of Hepatogenic Diabetes

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Entecavir treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis with Cave of hepato- genic diabetes. Methods 164 patients of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis with Cave of hepatogenic diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group was 82 cases respectively. The control group were given the treatment of Protect- ing liver and lowering transaminase, while the observation group were given antiviral therapy with Entecavir based on the control group, then the liver function tests and blood glucose level were compared before and after the treatment between two groups. Re- suits The response rate of the control group was 35.71%, while the observation group was 78.05, with the significant difference （P〈 0.0l）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Entecavir treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis with Cave of hepatogenic diabetes is signifi- cant, and it is a safe and effective treatment method, so it is worthy to be generalized clinically.
