| 摘 要： | 目的 :采用正交试验优选麻黄汤中麻黄的先煎条件。方法 :采用HPLC法测定麻黄汤中麻黄碱的含量。结果 :煎煮时间和煎煮次数均对麻黄碱的浸出率有显著的影响。结论 :麻黄入汤剂应加 1 2倍量水先煎 2次 ,每次 1 5分钟。

| Abstract: | Objective:To select the optimun condition of Herba Ephedrae being decoctered first in Mahuang decoction by orthogonal test.Methods:We determine the content of ephedrine in decoction by HPLC.Results:To the rate of liviviate of ephedrine,the decocting time and degree have distinct affect.Conclusion:Herba Ephedrae should be decoctered first twice and 15 minutes every time in decoction |
