| 摘 要： | 细菌耐药现象已经成为严重危害人类健康的重大医学难题之一。新型抗菌药物的研发正在受到广泛关注。现综述近年来化学合成及具有新颖作用机制的抗菌药物研究进展，包括目前尚处于临床试验阶段的一些药物先导化合物，为相关领域的科研人员提供参考。

| Abstract: | Drug-resistant phenomena have emerged and become severely unresolved challenges within medical community over the world, leading to the unmet medical needs in development of new generations of antibacterial agents. This article reviews some progresses including antibacterials newly synthesized and with novel pharmacological mechanisms. Some of such new antibacterials are currently under clinical trials. This review may provide some insights to researchers who are interested in this field. |
