布比卡因加舒芬太尼用于分娩镇痛的疗效观察

目的观察布比卡因加舒芬太尼用于分娩镇痛的临床疗效,并与布比卡因联合芬太尼的镇痛效果进行比较。方法将80例即将分娩的产妇随机分为芬太尼组(镇痛药物为布比卡因加芬太尼)和舒芬太尼组(镇痛药物为布比卡因加舒芬太尼),观察两组的镇痛效果、镇痛期间疼痛相关指标,对产科质量及各产程时间的影响。结果两组助产士记录的镇痛效果、产妇自行评估的镇痛效果,镇痛显效时间及首次患者自控镇痛时间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组单次给药有效按压次、分娩方式、新生儿评分及各产程时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布比卡因加舒芬太尼用于分娩镇痛效果确切,对分娩及胎儿无明显影响,值得临床推广。

The Observation on Curative Effect of Bupivacaine Combined Sulfentanyl in Relieving Labour Pain

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Bupivacaine combined Sulfentanyl in relieving labour pain,and compared with that of Bupivacaine combined Fentanyl.Methods 80 puerpera who will delivery were divided randomly into fentanyl group(relieve pain with Bupivacaine combined Fentanyl)and Sulfentanyl group(relieve pain with Bupivacaine combined Sulfentanyl).Following indexes as the effect of relieving pain,correlated index with pain during relieving pain,effect to obstetrics quality and every labor time were studied.Results There are significant difference in effect of relieving pain recorded by midwife,effect of relieving pain evaluateed by puerperal,excellence time of relieving pain,and the time of first PCA(all P<0.05)between the two grops.The differences of Bolus effective pressure frequency,delivery way,neonatus Apgar score and the time of every labor were no statistical significance(all P>0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of Bupivacaine combined Sulfentanyl in relieving labour pain is well,and it had no apparente influence to delivery and foetus,it is worth spreading in clinic.
