跨科室新护士长的困惑及对策

摘    要:跨科室新任护士长,由普通护士到护士工,由原来熟悉的工作科室到新的科室,在开展临床护理管理工作中,面临专科业务不熟练,管理经验缺乏,需要建立新的人际系等问题。笔认为,增强自信心,努力学习专科理论知识,护理管理知识,提高业务及管理能力,建立良好的人际关系,消除各种不相容因素,创造和谐工作气氛,是做好跨科室新任护士长工作的几个重要因素。

Abstract:The new-appointed head nurses from other department face perplexities because they grow from anordinary nurse to a head nurse and haveto develop their new administrative workin a new department. They include professional unfamiliarity, lack of administration, and need of building new social relationship. The author pointsout in the paper that the important factors to deal with the problem of a new head nurse from other department involvethe followings: 1. Increasing their self-confidence; 2. Learning professionaland nursing managementknowledge; 3. Building good social relationship with staff; 4. Smoothening the barriers in work and creating harmony at work.
