跨科室新护士长的困惑及对策

跨科室新任护士长，由普通护士到护士工，由原来熟悉的工作科室到新的科室，在开展临床护理管理工作中，面临专科业务不熟练，管理经验缺乏，需要建立新的人际系等问题。笔认为，增强自信心，努力学习专科理论知识，护理管理知识，提高业务及管理能力，建立良好的人际关系，消除各种不相容因素，创造和谐工作气氛，是做好跨科室新任护士长工作的几个重要因素。

Perplexity and counter measure of the trans-departmentally-appointed head nurses

The new-appointed head nurses from other department face perplexities because they grow from anordinary nurse to a head nurse and haveto develop their new administrative workin a new department. They include professional unfamiliarity, lack of administration, and need of building new social relationship.
