合同护士公开竞聘护士长的做法和体会

目的　大胆启用合同护士担任护士长 ,发挥人才优势 ,充实护理管理队伍。方法　通过面试、理论考试、操作考核等程序选拔合格的护理管理人才。结果　经过层层筛选、民意测评、自我评价、评委打分等评选出合同护士担任护士长。所聘护士长责任心强 ,工作认真负责 ,效率高。结论　合同制护士竞聘护士长方法可行 ,同时使正式护士、护士长产生了危机感和强烈的竞争意识 ,对我院护理工作起着积极的推动作用。

Competition engaging head nurses among contract nurses

Objective To engage head nurses among contract nurses to enrich nursing manager group. Methods Select nursing managers after interview, theoretical and operation technique examinations. Results After assessing contract nurses at different levels such as public-opinion polls, self-evaluation, specialist-evaluation, etc., head nurses were selected. The engaged head nurses have much sense of responsibilities, highly efficiency and are very conscientious in their work. Conclusion It is practicable to employ contract nurses to serve as head nurse , which will strengthen the leading bodies of nursing , and at the same time , will make the regular nurses and other head nurses be conscious of the crisis and the competition. The new manager selection method is a push to nursing quality of our hospital.
