异丙酚不同配伍用于输卵管绝育术的临床观察

目的 观察比较异丙酚不同配伍用于输卵管绝育术的临床效果。方法 将150例绝育妇女随机分成三组，A组 异丙酚配伍芬太尼，B组 异丙酚配伍氯胺酮 C组为对照组，即单独使用异丙酚。观察比较三组镇痛效果,苏醒时间,术前,术中3min收缩压,及心率差异。结果 A、B组镇痛效果明显优于C组（P＜0.05），异丙酚总量少于C组（P＜0.05），B组术前与术中3min的BP和HR变化小，而A、C组的BP和HR变化较明显（P＜0.05）。结论异丙酚配伍芬太尼、氯胺酮用于腹式输卵管绝育术都优于单独使用异丙酚，但配伍氯胺酮更理想。
