非那雄胺联合桃核承气汤治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效观察

目的探讨非那雄胺联合桃核承气汤治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果。方法将衡水市第四医院泌尿外科门诊2011年10月至2013年4月诊治的BPH患者120例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。两组均给予非那雄胺口服治疗,观察组在此基础上加服桃核承气汤治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后的IPSS评分、前列腺体积、残余尿量、最大尿流率以及治疗后的临床效果及不良反应情况。结果治疗后观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组(Z=-3.12,P<0.05);治疗12周后,两组患者在IPSS评分、前列腺体积、残余尿量和最大尿流率方面均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),其中观察组各项指标的改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非那雄胺联合桃核承气汤治疗前列腺增生临床效果显著,其能有效改善患者症状,缩小前列腺体积,减少残余尿量,增加最大尿流率,不良反应少,疗效优于单用非那雄胺,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Finasteride Combined with Taohe Chengqitang in Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Finasteride joint Taohe Chengqitang for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods Total of 120 BPH patients were collected from Department of Urinary Surgery of Hengshui Fourth Hospital from Oct. 2011 to Apr. 2013, and were randomly into observa- tion group and control group,60 patients in each group. Both groups were given oral finasteride treatment, while the observation group was given additional Taohe Chengqitang. The indexes of IPSS score, prostate volume,residual urine volume, maximum urinary flow rate, effectiveness, and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the effectiveness of the observation group was higher than control group （z= -3.12,P〈0.05 ）;after 12 weeks of treatment, the indexes of IPSS score, prostate volume, residual urine volume, maximum urinary flow rate of both groups were obviously improved and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the indexes of the observation group were better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;the adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly less than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Finasteride joint with Taohe Chengqitang has significant clinical effect for treatment of BPH, which can improve patients symptom effectively, reduce prostate volume, raise maximum urinary flow rate ,with less adverse reaction and the effect is better than single use of finasteride, thus is worthy for popularization.
