肾上腺占位的影像学诊断

目的:提高肾上腺占位的术前诊断水平。方法:64例肾上腺肿块术前经B超,CT以及MRI诊断,并与手术病理进行回顾性对照研究。结果:其中肾上腺皮质癌4例,转移癌6例,肾上腺腺瘤18例,嗜铬细胞瘤25例,肾上腺囊肿7例,肾上腺皮质增生肥大3例,肾上腺结核1例。研究显示B超、CT以及MRI诊断正确符合率分别为83.3%、95.1%、96.4%。结论:B超是筛选诊断肾上腺肿块的首选方法,CT和MRI诊断正确率较高,两者无明显统计差异,是肾上腺肿块术前必不可少的检查方法和临床医生制定合理手术方法的重要依据。

The image diagnosis of adrenal tumor

Objective: To improve the pre-operative diagnosis accurate rate of adrenal gland occupation.Methods: MRI,CT and ultrasonography feature of 64 cases patients with adrenal tumor ware compared with that of pathology.Results: The patients include adrenocortical cancer in 4 cases,6 cases of metastasis tumor,18 cases of adrenal adenoma,pheochromocytoma in 25 cases,adrenal cyst in 7 cases,adrenal hyperplasia in 3 cases and adrenal tubercle in 1 case.The research indicated that the accurate rate of ultrasonography,CT and MRI were 83.3%,96.8% and 96.4%.Conclusion: Ultrasonography is the first choice for the diagnosis of adrenal disease.The accurate rate of CT,MRI was higher,which had no statistic difference.CT,MRI are very important method for the pre-operative diagnosis of adrenal tumor,which can help the doctor to choose a correct operation method.
