| 摘 要： | 目的：观察腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠的效果。方法：65例输卵管妊娠病人在全麻下应用腹腔镜分别行输卵管开窗术、输卵管切除术、输卵管破裂口修补术以及输卵管通液术治疗。结果：65例均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术。结论：腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠效果佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the outcome of the treatment of tubal pregnancy with laparoscope. Methods Salpingotomy, salpingoplasty or salpingectomy was done on 65 patients respectively with laparoscope under general anesthesia. Results The operations for all the patients were successful. Conclusion The outcome of tubal pregnancy treated with laparoscope is good. |
