| 摘 要： | 目的:确定富集泽兰中酚酸类成分的大孔树脂的方法。方法:以原儿茶醛、咖啡酸和迷迭香酸为指标,在同一条件下比较10种不同树脂解吸附液中3个成分的HPLC色谱峰峰面积,优选树脂类型(HPD-600和AB-8河北);以不同洗脱部位固形物中这3个成分的含量为指标,确定乙醇洗脱剂浓度。结果:富集原儿茶醛,最佳树脂为HPD-600,洗脱溶剂为50%乙醇;富集咖啡酸,最佳树脂为HPD-600,洗脱溶剂为95%乙醇;富集迷迭香酸,最佳树脂为AB-8,洗脱溶剂为95%乙醇。结论:该试验为泽兰酚酸类成分富集工艺研究奠定基础,为泽兰的化学成分深入研究提供了关键技术。
