军医大学生心理健康教育措施干预效果研究

摘    要:目的研究有效的心理健康教育干预措施。方法通过UPI,SCL-90和STAI的测查,比较某军医大学02级、03级、04级学员的心理健康状况;对04级学员进行心理健康教育措施干预后的追踪调查。结果在有效的心理健康教育干预措施影响下,04级学员心理健康水平正逐步得到提高,尤其是在半年后。结论目前已构建的心理健康教育措施体系能有效提高军医大学生心理健康水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effective mental health education intervention measures.Methods Using the method of UPI,SCL-90 and STAI,the Military Medical University undergraduates in 02,03,04 grades were tested and the results were compared.After the intervention of the psychological health measures system,we consecutively tested the undergraduates in the 04 grade.Results The findings indicate that the level of mental health of the 04 grade undergraduates is improved step by step under the influence of the education intervention measures,especially after half of the year.Conclusion The established mental health education intervention measures system is effective to improve the level of mental health of the Military Medical University undergraduates.
