| 摘 要： | 目的 对内镜治疗胆总管结石方法的探讨。方法 应用十二指肠镜在X光机下通过监视系统完成胰胆管造影 (ERCP)检查及十二指肠乳头切开 (EST)取石。结果 内镜治疗胆总管结石 6 5例 ,经ERCP检查全部确诊为胆总管结石 ,成功行ESPT者 6 4例 ,采用网篮加气囊一次排净结石 6 3例 ,占 96 .92 %。结论 (1)ERCP对于胆总管结石病是重要的诊断方法之一 ;(2 )内镜对于肝外胆管结石及胆囊切除或胆总管探查术后残余结石均能治疗 ;(3)内镜治疗损伤小 ,住院时间短 ,并发症少

| Abstract: | Objectives To use endoscope to treat choledocholithasis.Methods To use endoscape to finish ERCP and EST under the X ray monitor.Results To use endoscope to treat 65 cases of choledocholithasis diagnosed by ERCP. 64/65 cases were successfully treated by EST. And 63/65(96.7%) were completely purged the stones by grasping basket and balloon catheter.Conclusions (1)ERCP is one of the most important methods to diagnose choledocholithasis.(2) Endoscope can also treat extrahepatic bile duct stones and residual stones after cholecystectomy and choledochotomy.(3) Endscope has the adventages of fewertissue injuries, shorter hospitalization and fewer complications. |
