社区卫生服务机构以胜任力为基础在岗护士培训模式的研究

摘    要:目的探讨社区卫生服务机构在岗护士提高综合服务素质的培训模式。方法将管辖的10所社区卫生服务站随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组的5所社区站有社区护士52名,对照组有社区护士49名;对照组采用传统的社区卫生服务机构护士培训方法。试验组采用以胜任力为基础的培训模式。培训结束对护士进行综合服务知识与技能考试,同时对社区卫生服务机构开展项目进行评价。结果2组社区护士综合服务知识与技能考试成绩比较,试验组护士对社区卫生服务机构提供项目开展的评价也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论社区卫生服务机构以胜任力为基础的社区护士培训模式可有效提高社区护士的综合素质,有利于社区卫生服务机构综合服务项目的开展。

Abstract:Objective To find out an effective training model for the nurses in community health services,in order to improve their synthesis diathesis. Methods Totally 101 nurses in 10 community health services were divided into two groups randomly, 52 nurses in 5 health service stations in the experimental group were given competency-based training,49 nurses in another 5 stations in the control group were given conventional nursing training. The nurses' synthesis diathesis service knowledge and technique were tested at training end,and the service topics supplied by community were evaluated at the same time. Results There were significant differences in synthesis diathesis service knowledge and technique between the two groups (P〈0.01),the evaluation of service topics supplied by community in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusions Competency-based training model can increase the synthesis diathesis of the nurses in community health services and promote the development of integrated health services project.
